Titlemission Editing

Hello!
I just started with editing .kom datas. I started with titleediting and it worked well. So I wanted to unlock some other titles, like "Power of Splendor", but I wanted to gain it like the title "Deep Sea Driver" (Drunk once in 6-2). Unfortunately, it did not work, if I change the mission to "Drunk once".
Also I added the submissions to kill Ran etc. only once. I tested it with "Deep Sea Driver" and it worked quite well.

What do I do wrong? If I change mission ID it do not work, also the conditionchanges are not working to unlock the title. Only editing the submissions, what you need to fully unlock/gain the title, works.
Is it possible, that title unlocking is serversided? Can I change the conditions to unlock it even if it is serversided?

It is kinda weird, that unlocking titles is serversided, but submissions (for gaining titles completely) is clientsided. If I think about it, it is kinda consistent (or logical, what you want), but I hope, we only made little mistakes :I

if you want sword of splendor do 6-7 in 24sec everytime ^^ (creat a data035.kom for this like data henir speed hack ^^ )
