selling gold to paypal-users safely? 06/17/2014 - Off Topic - 3 Replies I see a lot of you sell gold to regular users. How do you make sure not to get scammed when 90% only use paypal?
I read a lot about these paypal scammers charge back by claiming they didn't authorize the payment (change of IP i guess) or they use stolen paypal accounts or they simply claim they never received the goods. I guess the last one can be avoided by demanding the "sending to family/friends" (the old send-as-gift).
Demanding ID is a bit too harsh I think and will scare most people...
