I read a lot about these paypal scammers charge back by claiming they didn't authorize the payment (change of IP i guess) or they use stolen paypal accounts or they simply claim they never received the goods. I guess the last one can be avoided by demanding the "sending to family/friends" (the old send-as-gift).
Demanding ID is a bit too harsh I think and will scare most people away (obviously).
Any good ideas on how to avoid these chargebacks would be nice (selling to resellers is not an option when price is so low). I hear sending paypal videorecordings/pictures of the trade isn't valid as they don't provide online currency trading when it's regarding mmos
