This is the new version of the Testserver. It is now called Respawn Server.
The server works better overall, removing the need to click more than one time on the Login button in HellBuddy. You also do not need to carry any other files around like the old version.
There are also integrated functions that allow the user to change their IP settings automatically as well as an integrated guide on how to use it.
This version is 100% free to everyone. However, users who wish to thank or encourage the development team are still welcome to donate by using the link that is on the server's interface.

These are the common errors and causes:
Connection Timed Out = You haven't set your IP correctly or on the correct network adapter
Connection actively refused = Your firewall or router is blocking the traffic OR your HellBuddy folder doesn't have the right version. Replace it by the one linked below.
We can't help you if you do not change the IP the way we recommend it, because there may be a million reasons to why it does not work.
Here are the ways we suggest:
1) Set up your IP manually in the control panel
2) Use the button in the program with the correct connection name
3) Follow this guide
and change the IP of the loopback adapter manually.
#3 is by far the best method because it doesn't require you to cut your internet connection while you login with the bot.
After you have changed your IP, you should be able to ping 193.192.58.73. If you can't ping it, you did something wrong, like changing the IP configuration for the wrong network adapter.

Download the Hellbuddy.zip file here:
(MAKE SURE YOU CLICK THE RIGHT DOWNLOAD LINK) and replace your C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\Hellbuddy by the HellBuddy folder in this file.
