When I login I get this screen. After that nothing coming on screen, just the Screenshot. But Dekaron.exe doesnt crash and is still active.

Why not use the global client?
This dekaronserver doesn't have any of the segu or con info.

Who says you have to use their exe?
Wouldn't it be easier since it's written in English.

i had korean A10 exe from hellspider ! jump Xigncode and website
it can be used on Taiwan client

That is most likley Session.exe thats missing someting.
Like this.
Client.exe send info to session.exe that send to db.

Just my guess.
