I have this too, i seen that people got their accounts unblocked by writing to the support on US forums, but sadly (and as expected) french support doesn't want to do **** for me because they are ******* useless.
I wrote to support and i got message from them: "Unfortunately, your account after migration is in status "hold", currently remove account from this status is impossible, We are waiting for script which one will fix these accounts. Please look at official news on our game forum, when there will be information that this script is launched. Then you will be able login to your account"
So yeah, i think we will get back our accounts in maybe... 2019

Can anyone help me get around this? I tried deleting the bug reporter(LOL) but all that happened was that it crashed without it popping up.
PS. I think i read somewhere that it was caused because i needed to update something or change files, but no one would reply to me :(
