I bought it for 30 days and never could use it. It load but the and inject but never actually do anything so I will not buy again. I tried with and without firewall and using in admin mode. Support helped once to get the userid working but nothing after that.

I guess youve used wrong tool lol, theres plenty of video and text guides Im quite sure you didnt follow any of these as for other people following it it works just fine. Also you never asked me for help Im quite sure, I would be more than happy to support you even through teamviewer so I dont know which support you contacted... Not a mistake on our side tho and Im sorry that you had such a bad experience.

Yeah, no problem, was just about to check it out for first time but couldn't reach the site so tought maybe it got taken down.

ciao allora premetto che non so inglese ho acqiustato licenza per 30 giorni ma non riesco a registrarmi sul sito e inserire il codice di licenza che mi e stato inviato e quando vado su bot vertex mi dice work in progress se mi spiegate come devo fare ve ne sarei grato ciao

You can only buy VertexTool so you bought vertex tool not bot.
