Help about socket error 10060

hey guys.. i just wanna ask if an1 had a knowledge on working on routers.. coz the issue about socket error 10060 everytime u run the game pops out.. i tried connecting my internet connection to my main computer and conquer works.. now that i tried connecting my internet wid a router it doesn't wanna work anymore and gives me that socket error 10060.. an1 can help wid this matter? or an1 had a problem like this and got it fix.. btw conquer works well wid the router before.. now i dunnot wat happened

did u reset ur router or sorta stuff?

your internet connection probably wasn't connected correctly, try to shut down your computer, reset your router wait 5 mins and reboot your computer.

Did you set the correct MTU at the router? Try to visit microsoft.com, if it loads very slowly or not at all your MTU is probably wrong.
You can get the correct MTU from your ISP's homepage or customer service.

I am having the same problem, but there is a fix for it that works for me, i dont know much about the MTU, i am using a hub and microsoft.com loads really fast for me so i dont know what is going on, but there is a small fix for it. Go to your CO folder in your C drive and make a copy of Conquer.exe not play.exe and go to the properties and when you see this "C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\Conquer.exe" put the words blacknull after the " and hit apply. I got this from another set of forums and it works for me. If anyone has an idea on what to do for mine or if i should reset my hub plz help me out, Thanks ^_^

well, i've had the error a few times. i restarted conquer and after i did so, it ran. you might want to try that, if you hadn't already.
