very possible, but i dont think that it will happen anytime soon. that's a different sort of npc i think. the conductresses are all setup to tele to market, compared to the npc for Dis city. there's just one, it's much harder to work.

EDIT: not sure, but it's possible that they took the extra precaution to enable a "on-off" function for Dis city. it seems to be an event type of thing. so tq may have it setup that you can only get into the city at certain times.
