socket error 10061

Hey for the psat few days ive been getting socket error 10061 and i heard there was a new patch and that message always pops up during the autopatch of conquer. I was wondering how i could fix it since my friend is also experiencing these problems. btw i dont use any macros or hacks so i have no idea why it is not working Please Reply id greatly appreciate it.

yah but that advice hasnt worked that blacknull ive replaced it but i still get the socket error
