Whats not working then? If I copy the file (the entire folder inside the archive you downloaded) to ....\Conquer 2.0\c3\effect then it works fine for me... What exactly do you do?

You might need to do it more than once, but firecircle casting will stop. I seen someone stop a water from stigging their main . this is simular to being shielded in TG.
