ritch guy i bet u downloaded the edits and put them in the ini folder
now after u put them in your ini folder , when u logg in CO everyones vigor will change not only yours s the edit can't change only your wepons, armors, etc.
it changes everyones not only yours so in the game everyone will have the same vigor the same armor the same everything u edited .
