It says 5517 is the version, so no. It's not the latest, but you can make anything the latest with a bit of work. Unfortunately, any server is going to require work if you pick it up. Everything requires some level of programming knowledge.

No, it doesn't. It might require a lot of work changing packet structures (which most changed due to a +4 Bytes adiction), encryption (not so hard at all) and creating new structures, since you can see the list of working features.
I upgraded it to work on 5808 and it's being tested on my alpha server, but I don't plan to release it until I fix everything.

There's a link somewhere in the middle of the replies with a link to my dropbox which hasn't been updated since the day I closed my server (~around 3 years), but it's better than the version in the main thread, tho I don't plan on updating the thread since people can find it with a little effort.

How do I make it work public, I open the ports and in my localhost it works, but not at my friend, I change the IP address on both Login.cfg and shell.ini, and in the client of course but still on my localhost works, and public still dosent work, we want to fight little bit.

Heya.
Since wrong people got ahold of this (immature kids, ofcourse) I decided to release it.
It's a source which base was made by Tanel, and was rewritten and continued by me.
I will not say that the coding in this source is great, because it's sure not. I stopped developing somewhere in 2008, so it's poorly coded in some places, but it has the basic stuffs + some more.
