If the flag isn't 1 then it will not be declared as a shop npc.
So try checking that.

well when i click on the npc it gives me the default: My id is blah blah blah and give's an error to the console

nvm i done that ... now it shows the shop thingy but it's emty...

fixed it go in Shop.dat ... i forgot to change something
there's [Header] under that is Shops=40 or something like that change it :P
lol took me some time till i found it xDD

open shop.dat and change the ShopAmount or whatever it's called ... and do the same in client (put the shop in client first)
