I'm not entirely sure if I'm allowed to upload it, I think it's considered warez here.
But it is available to the public and can be found by googling, I think it's actually the first result and leads you to another popular mmorpg emulation forum

The C++ source for Conquer is already floating around. They leeched it on 4b.....
Only for the npcserver thought.
