It's possible, but you'd have to refactor a lot of the menus in the game to be easily accessible (or build in some menu wheel that selects menus using hotkeys). You'd also need skill section (maybe using bumpers) and jumping (maybe using one stick as direction and how far to jump, and a button to actually do the jump? So yeah, it's possible... but would require a lot of work. Game experience would suffer for sure. Conquer is sort of a game of accuracy and precision.
