Hello everybody!
As I Said In my previous thread I'm PRO Noob In C#.
This Time I Need help for PoisonStar on Tanel's Source with ini database.
PoisonStar does miss all the time no matter of the battle power.
if Somebody can fix it I would appericiate that.

Check the calculations for it, sounds like they are very wrong. either that or they are not there at all lol

The thing with that miss is part of the packet. As TQ changed the skilluse packet, they added another uint after the damage. All you have to do is set that uint 1 if you don't want to 'miss' and 0(already set) if you want to miss.

As the title says I need a program to get that skill lvled up, i have found many but none that let me use the skill, I've also killed my chars trying to lvl up it, I change the skill, or if not let me use it even if it is a program to raise skills, someone could show me one, which can be used poison star, or one specifically to raise that level, thank you very much for your support.
