Lag Issue

Hey everyone!

I have some issue with my server and maybe you have some idea or encountered this before. Server is fine, low ping, high fps but I am wondering the ping starts to rise during Event War. Let's say just around 100 - 120 online players and about 1/3 of those players are in the War Map. Players claimed that high ping starts to happen during Event War.

Players with ExitLag don't experience this issue so players who experienced it are not using any of those stuff.

I am not sure if it's from our server or players' internet connection. is this might be network thread issue? IDK. I also check RAM/CPU/Network Usage and everything's fine. If you have knowledge about it, I would really appreciate if you can share some ideas.

Is it actual lag or just the ping goes up?

I think I was the unclear one - is the issue that the number at the top left goes up or are players experiencing an actual increase in latency?

Yes, they experienced an increase in latency. The problem there is that it is only happening to some players. Not all players in game. Others are fine and the other/some players experience the issue.

I can't explain why this is seemingly not affecting player's that use exitlag and solutions like that. My only advice is to make sure you're not broadcasting to map actions that can be centralized and broadcasted only to screen.

Are your packets prioritized or centralized on a per map basis?

this is interesting however I am not capable on checking this one. Any recommendations on how to do it?
