Question of the exprate

My question is quite simple, to those who manage the source 5165.

Even putting ExpRate to 13, climbs very fast, why?

If you want your leveling to be kind of slow, I suggest using less than 5.

Hmmm, okay thanks, and if I want to be slow, yet fast? , Hehe I mean? , It takes to climb but that does not cost as in the real Conq. 8-10 or so?

5-8 is already a lot faster compared to official rates....
