[Help]..how to add/change a skill(5165)

anyone know how to add a skill thats already there just not showing up in game..and change skills so the effect works or know how to change what it looks like?..
...example changeing ND to robot OR. changeing what ND hits.. ect
...example adding.. piglet

simple just can't find the files/text to change...

Wouldn't this all be in Skill.cs? or in the OldCODB in the skills.txt?

well yeah, kinda.. but they are already coded.. just like the halos but the effects aint in..

Unless.. i do have to change somthing in skills.cs..if so any know which parts i change?..
