Maybe your source isn't correctly saving characters to the database. I would give that a look. Typically sources (unless of course you coded your own) have the correct proficiency requirements. If proficiency isn't properly saving, check your code where your characters are being saved when closing the source.
If, however, you meant it how you actually typed it, (0-10% continuously looped without ever leveling) - either the proficiency requirements are messed up or the proficiency code itself is buggy.

The axe managed to epiphany up to 16 again. Once I hit 115, I decided to work on my sword/shield prof again, but it didn't epiphany when I hit lvl 8 prof. Kinda sucks... was just wondering how this whole epiphany of weapon prof works.

What does weapon proficiency do? 07/20/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 2 Replies I know you need it to use higher lvl weapons, and I also know that once you get it so high every time you lvl it afterwards it increases your damage by a point, but up until then what does it do? I have an archer and it seems that in TG I tend to hit in the higher end of the damage spectrum more often. I was just curious as to if it was true... or if not what does it do?
