i was checking my ninja sword proficiency, it was level 6 about 90% then when it leveled, it blew all the way up to level 14! the same thing happened to my club prof, only it leveld to lvl 13!! i dnt have socket in my gears.

This happens. Your a RB are you not? So When you 1st created the character you got your proficiency to 12... Now when you RB as long as you get it to half the proficiency it was before it will automatically jump back to how it was prior to RB.
5. Epiphany
1) Level: If you were over level 130 before rebirth, your levels and experiences may jump to the before rebirth level after you train to level 130. (For example: you get reborn in level 134, and your level will jump to 134 after you train to level 130)
2) Skill and Weapon Proficiency: Reborn characters who practice any skill they knew in their past life can have an epiphany. An epiphany causes the skill to leap to its former high level after the character practices it to half of this original skill provided that character level reaches the level which the skill/weapon proficiency requires. Note: If you use ExpBalls to upgrade your weapon proficiency, you have to relog into the game to make the epiphany work.
when before reborning you make your proficienci about 12 - 13 -14 -15 or more
. after RB you get it down .... and when you use the same item after reborn .. ( sworld / blade / club/ katana) after kvk 6 and 99pct it will get the highest walue what you get before reborn .... when you search in official site you can see ... all prof after rb befor lvl 7 will jump tuu the highest walue what you haved before..... for exemple when you have lvl 12 and 99 pct it will jump to lvl 12 ....
it isnt a bug!..
all the same weapon prof.. and SKILLS..for example your SS is fixed if you rb and your goin to lvl SS you only need to get lvl 2 then it will be instantly be fixed!

Weapon Proficiency Epiphany 06/17/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 7 Replies I recently rbed and had lvl 16 prof on my sword, shield and poleaxe. I rbed with the poleaxe and lvled it up. The axe managed to epiphany up to 16 again. Once I hit 115, I decided to work on my sword/shield prof again, but it didn't epiphany when I hit lvl 8 prof. Kinda sucks... was just wondering how this whole epiphany of weapon prof works.

What does weapon proficiency do? 07/20/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 2 Replies I know you need it to use higher lvl weapons, and I also know that once you get it so high every time you lvl it afterwards it increases your damage by a point, but up until then what does it do? I have an archer and it seems that in TG I tend to hit in the higher end of the damage spectrum more often. I was just curious as to if it was true... or if not what does it do?
