You are going to change a lot of thing and actually code new things.

In all honesty, if you are asking how to do it, it is beyond your skill set.

It will be new encryption, all new packet offsets, all new feaures, changes to existing features.

From what I've observed from your habits on the board, you are not skilled enough to perform such a task. As Aceking has stated, it takes knowledge in networking, cipher algorithms and hash algorithms, implementing packet structures and feature programming, etc. It's a massive change to a server. I do not recommend you modify a server project on your own.
