Playing sounds via 1015

So I'm currently trying to get sound to come from the client. This has worked every other source I've use besides Redux. Here's what I'm sending

UID _client.UID
Type 0x14
Strings "sound/train.wav" "1"

All I get is a clip of the sound. Like maybe an eight of a second, small clip. Anyone understand whats going on?

Update: It works, only in some places. Like I can play it outside the front gates in TC but inside is a no go. Also if I set the second string to 113 it will play the full sound clip.Theory, maybe the second string is the file size?

Update 2: I have confirmed it has SOMETHING to do with the second string. Anyone know what the second string has to do with it?
For MP3s, regardless what you set the second string to, wont work.

the client might overwrite your sound based on the MapRegion Music settings in your client. Else your source sends other 1015 packets that null the effect of yours.

Can't be, because I have a custom map out of CT which has no music assigned and music still only works at some places.

And then theres that 2nd string.

Might depend on the patch, but i dont have a second string on mine xD

5072, I know earlier patches did because cofuture even had it.
