What are they packets For ?
1 - 1012
2 - 2533
3 - 19689

Not sure to be honest, but 19689 sounds a little bit off the range.

Nah this Packet exist .. when i made Packet log in TQ Server i found this is being used but idk when , y or what even what is this

It's probably from the DH Key Exchange or Ban Server Key Exchange. (Doesn't use TQ's traditional packet header).

Packet 1012 is like a timer. TQ calls it MsgTick.

well thats right cuz idk when its sent to player and what does it do ..actualy all fang told me about that its Timer for smthing but what is it he didnt tell me

3F4 is not mandatory in server implementation and can be considered next to obsolete; not even TQ uses it anymore... though they still send it. You can achieve the same thing 3F4 tries to achieve using ping.

Depends how you see it I guess, I feel that implementing the client/server protocol completely is fairly important, this packet is used to keep the connection between client and server alive (from the servers point of view) it also contains a minor security check which you could make alterations too and implement as a botcheck.

Packet 1006 [Unknown]

Hey everyone,
This is research from my folder that I just added. It's very odd. Packet ID 1006. Here's what it does...
1. Undresses, unmeshes, resets hp to 0, removes avatar, and removes item bp.
2. Sets this general data (for my character at least):

3. Freezes the client.
