As I stated before, 95% of the community is here to leech, but why we should penalize the other 5%? Because it's what we are doing right now.

Hey, you do it too. Twist my words like you say I do to you. No where did I say I had to become a leader  Just because I put my own name forth doesn't mean it has to be that way or I'll quit. My goal is to better this community regardless of what it would take to do it. For some reason you just don't seem to see that. You're too focused on me when this entire thread is about the community. Why do you care if I were to become a lead anyway? You yourself said nothing would change, and hell, you said nothing would come of this thread so why do you care who is appointed?

Plenty can change it. The community is the posters and the majority of leechers do not post past a few if at all. Plenty can change.

Why not do a system where you cannot download or view code blocks until you have got like 20 posts! May work, may not

Chinese conquer communities that originally released the bins are a perfect example of this. They all required a post to view the download link/attachment and it resulted in threads filled with random emoticons and nonsense.

I remember high6 having a non-leechers group on his site (which I wont mention). The only way you could get into this group was by contributing to the community, by releasing or helping other members, and he would invite you (whenever he thought you deserved to be in) to this group.

Yes it's true I haven't worked with P.Server's for 2-3 years, but I've learned all the mechanics they have to offer. That's why I left the private server scene as it offered simply nothing more for me to learn. I still know all the systems inside out, the most difficult part would be getting new structures.

That's more or less how you would get into UG/Lv.2 (through peer recommendations)
I think before we elect leaders, we should elect who's actually going to be in the group. From there, we can conduct a democratic vote from whatever candidates we have (which seems to be Ultimation, myself and bone-you right now). From that, we can take the top 2 as the leaders of section and move on from there.
From the top of my head (member list),

unknownone (despite inactivity)
Korvacs
Lateralus
bone-you
InfamousNoone
Fang
CptSky

pro4never - He's given a lot to the community. Perfect choice.
mr.pop - He's come a long way, from nothing to where he is now, and is one of the few who was serious about learning how to program.
ntl3fty - Cool guy, and I think he's the only one besides me who's pining through the EO sources and binaries for official implementations.
IAmHawtness - Of course.
Nullable - Knowledgeable guy, but he's inactive due to school. Not sure if he'd be willing to come back.
ImmuneOne - I don't know him at all (I wasn't around when he was active), but judging from his posts, he seems like a good candidate.
Haydz - He still lurks on the forum from time to time, and he's an obvious choice.
