Of course attitude plays a great role in such things. Not only that but it sure is an important factor. If you are not able to work in a team, you simple won't be let in a team, simple as that. A majority decided that you don't fit in the team, that's just fair.
You can be as competent as possible but all that is useless if you aren't able to work with people.

You boss/any other member cannot judge me like that because i never worked/been in a team and no one asked me to join one. and there for you point is not valid.

Tell me something... is that your approach of judging ? bad attitude means no chance no second chance no nothing??.

How did you know i am not going to be a better person with a better attitude in a team as long as you have never tried/seen me working with a team.

And to be honest i have been behaving my self towards other members for the last few months because i needed to. Did i know that there is an underground thingy? No did any of you notes that? No so whatever.

When going through an accept/deny process, you have to judge the person in question based on something. And all they can judge from is how you behave here.
Of course there is the chance that you change, but as long as you don't, there is no reason to let you in. First prove that you did change and then bring it back up or complain.

(Also, in my opinion, you should start asking yourself some questions if nobody ever invited you to joining a team despite the skills you claim to have)

Anyway, I'm not going to elaborate any further here.

The fact that you're cussing out other members is proof enough you would not work out very well in that section... No one ever said you cannot get into the section.. but for that to happen you'd have to actually show some respect and courtesy towards other members. Then, if someone in the section feels you'd be a good addition, they can take another vote.

The point of the section is cooperation and sharing of information... why exactly would they be looking to include someone who is not kind and at least a base level of courteous to the members in it?

All your achieving by doing this is showing everyone just how right they were to vote no to extending you an invite.

If your bothered (which you must be since you posted about this) then you need to address your attitude towards other people, and learn to take criticism constructively, something you have demonstrated on countless occasions to be bad at.

If there's a recommendation made, I really don't mind if the person who made the recommendation gives the person updates on how the threads doing. With that said though, I meant strictly the votes, not the comments.

I will talk to Ultimation about this and we will reach the conclusion for some outlines of what's acceptable in terms of this process and will post back in the UG.

Perhaps Kiyono and Laterlus could update the CO2 board rules to restrict people posting threads regarding the UG, this way at least you won't be getting any more of this kind of stuff?
