Difference Between Luck and Chance

To be honest when people always say its 4/10 chance (or what ever) and it's then argued with, "No it's luck".. I wanna say what the F**K!
For all those too stupid stupid to understand, here finally, the answer!! -

When you say it will happen when you are lucky, that is when the chance that it will happen actually happens!

Lets say for example:

"The chance of these dropping a met is 1/150"
"No it's luck"
^ EXACTLY U DUMB ***

Luck is an opinion not a f**king state. The chance that kill will be the *1* is the luck, chance is classed as luck, if i get a met, im the 1/150 people to kill one slow ape and get a met, you can't say "Its got nothing to do with being random it's just luck", BECAUSE IF YOU GET A RANDOM DROP IT IS LUCK.

Since you have got me started on random ill kindly (maybe not) finish it!

I keep seeing, conquer is not random, blah blah blah... you can't say that, I can obviously see that you havent see any pr ograming language in your life.
Here's random:
(Not any specific coding language)

chance = random(1,100)
if chance = 1 then drop "meteor"

replace the meteor for super or whateva.

Ok pretty basic, now people are saying theres lots of calculations for who gets what, not lets remember drops are not biased, or unfair, they are the opposite. So are TQ gona put that simple code that lets anyone get the drop, or this:

If player has 345 kills and 5 arrows left, is wearing leopard hat with +1 drop DragonBall.

Now thinking that anyone cud get a drop, TQ are no way in hell gonna make a code for every person, every type of character, EVERY combination of armour just for drops, when a 2 line code cud be done for every item. Think about what you are saying!!!

lol not a luck meter a chance meter duh.... didn't you get what that guy was saying... >.< lol personally i found his rant to be just stupid, when theres been so many posts saying that the "2 lines of code is smarter then 50 million combinations of code"... but anyways ya back to stage 1 the 2nd reborns do have a luck increase and i think i read somewhere how it worked, cant remember but its just a add on in the code, for instance if u killed 2000 monsters and no mets and you usually only have to kill 1000 then that means your chances of getting a met is higher, its figured in the code, not all the little things but some of the more major things... if you didnt understand its because i have a headache and am trying to make this slightly complex thing summed up so i can goto sleep night all

You know how he said:

well with using the 2nd reborn blessed skill it probably just goes to

chance = random(1,70)
if chance = 1 then drop "meteor"

wat this means is the server is rolling a dice everytime u get a kill and generating a number between 1 and 70. If that number lands on 1 then u get a meteor. Thats the most basic way to do random drops. Just try to imagine it before u say anything.

Simple Enough?

Thanks for the support, and TheOnlyOne is the only one (The name is so true ) that seems to undersrtand me well, the 2nd reborn thing will increase the chance of something happening.
For example, the chance of met dropping is 1 out of a 100 kills, the 100 kills would be reduced, so the *LUCK* of it dropping is increased, hench you would find getting them more often.

talking about luck/chance. I believe (but could be wrong), that either when u create ur char or log ur char u get some kind of luck factor allocated. Why do I think this? I have a high lvl reborn trojan, when i take him to mz the drop of single mets is very high (at least 1/100 kills). If I log my reborn archer, slightly lower lvl and kill i get a poor single drop rate (below 1/300 kills). If I plvl in adventure zone, I also have a very low met drop rate. The trojan, which I lvl...
