For mining you just need the "DMA defeats" box ticked, before you start the game client.
This will enable the various mining options.

oh, silly me, if it wasnt server maint Id try it out, be nice to have an official miner again lol.well, the fast cp notify is fine, I was just making a suggestion for a later date. That speed is good in tg, but you gotta be careful that you cannot be videoed doing it, somehow...

Yeah I will put it back in for the next version, it previously had issues that why it got removed.

hmm, for some reason I still have to manually drop the ores, could it be the new update? my bad I had to have the bag open

I also noticed that if I have 7 clients open on my duo core laptop that it runs out of memory and closes if I open the character config.

I can run 1.51, but of course it does not work with the latest CO.

Yes I have the same problem. But the violation is at 0x00BE7667 when it tried to read 0x011F0250. I am assuming it is a program conflict but I can't figure it out. I miss CO2M8

Usually Access violation problems come from the following conditions:-

1> Incorrect game client version identification.
Either from incorrect memory table version settings in the L menu or the overrides from the right-click menu on the shortcut buttons.
To test, run co2m8 with no games clients and turn off all DMA defeats, set the correct memory table, set SC right-click menu memory table to default, restart co2m8 and try again.

2> Hacked game clients.
Some hacked clients move the location of the game client in memory and this will cause problems with DMA defeats in particular and also things like zoom.
Some hacked clients also pretend to be versions their not, you need to know and use the correct memory table for that original client version for those to work.

3> Anti-hack/viral tools.
Some protection tools will protect processes in memory from being altered, if your using one of them(e.g process guard) and want to use all of co2m8's power functions(e.g DMA stuff) then you will need to allow m8 write access to the game client in memory.

4> Non English version.
Well who knows with those, you need to figure out what English client it matches cause version numbers aren't the same.

Could also be things like MS updates(particularly in VISTA).

If I can get some extra feedback we should be able to narrow down the problem and fix it.

Its not an attack bot so don't expect it to go after monsters.

As to specifics on usage I would suggest you

Ok I thought about this a bit more and now know whats causing the problem.
From 1.52 onwards I started using the new encapsulation method.
The question is why are only some people getting the error.
Are all of you with the problem running VISTA?
