if i follow the guide i get the errer for the .prjoc thing errer
i fix it like the tut but the errer still there (when i open C# says can't be found) would this give me problems to hosting my server so others can join it ?
if not your saying if i follow the tut and use my public ip my server would work and my mate would be able to connect

sorry for double post, but i didn't feel that this should be put with my previous post, since they are unrelated. I made a program to open up the itemtype.dat and then create the insert statements needed to put them into the database. The program is a modified version of unknownone's itemtype.dat editor. I felt that i might as well use that since he had already done all the parsing of the itemtype.dat. Thanks alot for that prog unknownone!!
I have included the SQL.txt as well just incase for some reason you can't get it to work. The source code is also included. This is only if you have added the item database that the BackendDB.cs has.
***VERY SIMPLE INSCRUCTIONS***
Copy your Itemtype.dat from your conquer folder to where ever you extract the program to. Or use mine, i haven't updated in a while, so mine may be out of date.
Run the program.
If you copied the itemtype.dat to your program's folder, then simply click load file.
It shouldn't look like its doing anything, but will then pop up a message box saying its done and how many items it did.
Then simply open up SQL.txt (it will be in the program's folder
And right click, select all, copy.
Login to your Conquer database through the postgresql admin control panel.
go to your Items table, highlight it, then click the sql query button at the top
then past the sql into the box and run the query ^_^.
