I was thinking the same thing just the other day, An easy way of testing would to go black get some gold ores and get out, go kill some people and get sent to jail again, try resending the "Get out" packet
Anyways, I was playing around with the map files trying to find a way to change bot jail to normal jail...didnt work...well I didnt work out how to do it...

changing maps doesnt work anymore, they fixed it nor if you send the packet to make it "believe" you are entering another portal that is not there

Small application i created, Basically its for people who want to run a private server and they have a dynamic IP and because Conquer doesn't accept hostnames such as (No-ip.org) i have created this. It simply gets the hostname from config.ini and gets the ip address then writes the ip address to server.dat then runs conquer.
How to use:
Open config.ini,
