Your probably using an Encrypted ItemType.dat file, decrypt it with this:

[1145]

It has to be done under a proxy in order for other item types to appear.

The last one i could remember that worked was the bobo proxy (est 2006), someone should take that and work from that instead of people creating new ones. why don't you just fix the code of the old one and get it up to date with the new patches instead of making more work for yourselves ><
