Think of it for just 1 second from a programming point of view... things server side need to work efficiently. Running excess calculations is NOT something you want to do. Why on earth would tq for any reason calculate your blessing percentage when playing lotto? If they DID calculate this into their 'chance of winning' it would be either: Number of items blessed or total percent of blessing.

Even then it's very, VERY unlikely.

Lotto = Luck.

Yes, there are calculations involved in this luck but you are not going to follow some OCD pattern and all of a sudden win good ****.

That being said, I won a TON of stuff from lotto back in my day.

2 1 sock tro arms
3 1 sock war arms

4 +6 stones

+ ton of other stuff that was decent. Was it cause of some pattern I followed? No, I simply spammed lotto a lot in ways that I could afford. Eg: When I get enough spare cash, save up and do a lotto spree during certain times which I found I won things during (not because those times are 'better', simply because I had had the best experience with them). It worked out and I at least broke even with my lotto trips. Doesn't mean that I'm somehow 'beating the system'. Just means that I got really, really lucky a few times.

Hell I won 2 of the same sockets using the same character at the same time of day 2 days in a row.

Suspicious? Yes
Socket trick? No

I won at that time of day with that character... because *gasp* IT'S WHEN I WAS PLAYING! I won something good (which happened to be the same type of item as before) two days in a row because *gasp* I played a TON of lotto!

The human mind always looks to find patterns in random events in order to understand them and make sense of them. These patterns are not real and are simply an evolutionary coping mechanism, get over it.

actually, regardless of most random generators used, you would need a near omniscient level of knowledge in order to make any use of the 'peuso random' factor associated with it. Eg: tracking total plays of lotto across all characters on the server combined with a fairly high level of math.

Look at something as basic as Rand.Next(X,Y) in C#... how would YOU suggest using the fact that computers obviously MUST use an algorithm to arrive at a 'random' result? Knowing something is not 'truly random' (which could be debated) is not enough to give yourself any form of an advantage. You would need to have complete (or a fairly completed) knowledge of past results drawn from the generator.

Most "random" generators have a <max factor. It is a necessity in order to "control" the rates. If there was no <max factor, it would be **** near impossible to make anything. Think of it this way:

No <max = could be 1 in 1000000000000000000 chance of making a socket with a met in twin city. Ridiculous? I think so. Hence how they control the rates of mining / making sockets etc.

Therefore it is not in fact totally "random". There would have be a limit such as 200 for example. Yes it would be randomized between 1 and that number, but if you took say 200 mets to twin, there is a **** good chance you'd get a sock if you spammed them all at a quiet time.

Obviously, this is just in lame terms, but you get the idea.

Ok let me tell all you noobs trying to find a lotto trick.
THERE ARE LOTTO TRICKS; IT ISNT RANDOM LUCK.

However, only a good small amount of players on CO know of it. And those are probably the 5 yr veterans such as myself. Anyway, there is a trick and none of those small amount of players are STUPID enough to post it on forums just so 10,000 noobs can get sockets every day resulting in TQ changing it.

Lotto tricks works like met times. Everyone thought met spam was just spam spam spam and you get a socket, but instead there are actual times for sockets. Proof of this is how one person can be selling multiple sockets. No way that person got lucky in making those multiple sockets. I won't broadcast that information either. In lotto, there is a pattern to receiving good items based on server time and box color.

The last thing I will say is that CO is run by a huge computer. Computers are never random or "lucky", but rather have complicated patterns. Some patterns may be easier than others to figure out, but nonetheless, everything in Conquer has a pattern to it. It is YOUR job as the player to figure those patterns out.

In conclusion if you're looking for a lotto trick on any type of conquer forum, you are a fool because you will never find one.

EDIT: webosplash - holy **** i just read your post and it says the same thing as mines (: Yep, anything dealing with computer programs or stuff like that is never random. There are complex patterns.

There is no such thing as times, positions or rotations in what occurs. Stop trying to spread rumors lol.

There is however tricks to it, whether people want to admit it or not. This can be deciphered by what I wrote in my previous message. Anyone who knows about coding etc will know what I mean.

Just because it is 'random' does not mean there isn't an algorithm or 'way' that it works.

For the peoples whos dont understand <max.factor>/-1 items / lucky time
Just imaginate the next :
1. The lotto is Random
2. whY? cuz its like the npc sistem
3. why? They run a .dll .ini file in theyr serveres where they add a chanche of 1/1000 to get a +8 ( sometimes no one get but after 4000 tryes you get 4 in a row)
4. someones found i thnk a glich/bug by what they get lots of +8s but idk how.

well i know the best way to exploit/glitch lotto. First goto a store buy 200 lottos (triss or whatever it called in ur country) scratch em and win=) then purchase it to dbs and change to cps and play lotto
