steps

6)when u exit dont move because it brakes luck
7)then w8 tell 12:10 n repeat steps 1-6 all while not moveing
8)then w8 tell 12:20 n do again what i mean enter once only every 10 min
9) remeber dont move cause if u have all -1% gear thats 1 form hat 1 from necky 1 from ring 1 from armour 1 from botts n 2 from a 2 hand wep or 2 from haveing 2 1 hand weps so in total thats 7% first time u enter n if u dont move next time u enter it will 14% better then next time its 21% u know what i mean so if u do all 10 its 70% better chance of getting good stuff remeber enter at 12:00 n exit at 12:00 so u have 2 be fast then then u take a 10 min brake without moveing and eneter at 12:10 n exit at 12:10

it seems ppl nvr listen or think about that God Damn Lotto (Random system)
i am not here to flame you , u may think u r r8 but after all my exp with Co i can tell u are wrong (i will say why l8er) ,but first let me ask u some questions
1-why i should wear all normal no socks bless 1 gears what is the use of it?,and what if i have all Super 2 socks -5 gears wont that be better
2-why i should stay still
3-why i should leave be4 the 60 seconds passes (i will w8 tell another 10 mins after i get out there so why i should leave ?)
4-what if someone goes to lotto while this ten mins i am w8ing ? will it keep working?
5-what if someone enter the lotto with me ?
6- the pic u put to prove ur point (how come 10 complete mins passed without any talk or other lotto wins ,i can c u were at market ,me my self have to clear my screen every minute or 2 if the server is empty ,unless u play at a private server :P)

i used to go lotto too many times , i can tell i kept going lotto about 10 days with my 5 characters (the all 5 each day,, i was rich man then :P) one of them is (Full Super 2x -5) and my merchant ACC is full normal bless (-3 n -5) except the red rose , it is true i got some very good items but it's also true i had nothing worth in 8 days of the 10 ,and nothing special when i won the good items ,just luck so i think u r not r8 with that one
now here is why we say it is completely random
1- if u can code or know how to program u will know that the system is doin exactly what u code in it , it does not think or feel or create new process ,so if it is not random u can follow the system and u will have the same result every time , that means u can follow the system outputs and expect what is coming next due to ur last results u had (you can try it and the best time u can test that after the server maintenance coz the system is in a fresh state ,r8 down the lotto wins , so if it is a routine process u will have the same result next maintenance time and u can expect when to win the good gears , but that wont help , coz i tried it myself ,i even had a complete 7 days lotto wins and guess what ?? nothing in order sometimes u may had 3 items in order but that wont happen again and not more than 3 items)
2- any professional programmer wont even think or dare to make the lotto as a system or a routine process or else someone will figure it out and keep wining

if u really won those items why u erased 80percent of the screenshot so we could just see it isnt ur name that won those prizes why didnt u just show us ur inventory noob fake
