HWID Flags - Battlenet

So long story short, I was hwid flagged after a perma ban on my old account. But instead of the hwid flag just causing a shadowban for 7 days then all good, it got me stuck in a constant shadowban loop for months. I could only play for a couple hours before I got shadowed, so i decided to buy new parts and start a new account.

Now my question is, my old account with the hwid flag is currently un shadowed, if I was to unlink that activison from the battlenet from my old PC that had all 3 multis, and linked my new activison to that battlenet, would that cause my new PC to be hwid flagged or are hwid flags only on activisons side?

hwid flags to cause a shadow is caused by your pc only. using your acc on a new pc - ALL NEW PARTS, will not cause your NEW PC to be flagged and your acc should be fine.

I was in a nasty HWID loop too that lasted for 7 days each time on my main PC. Once my account was no longer SB after the third time, I tried this account on a new laptop and the SB loop went away. I played legit and ist still good a month later.

Enforcement history is saved to the account.
Using an account with a history of enforcement is not wise.
Use a new one and leave that old account to die.
