That blog post is so funny, dude literally admits to attempting to blackmail you for money, which he def would've just taken and posted the blog anyway with the payment as "proof"
You dealt with that well.

That dude was so angry that I didn't pay his ransom for his little images & ramblings.
The truth is we liked the rumors especially at first. Helped us grow.

This might just be the end of EO. Serve them right. TBH they should have just kept their mouth **** like x22 (rip x22, may *** be with you)
Engine Owning is basically like x22 but more superior. Warzone being their primary source of profit obviously, all of it will probably go to waste on this lawsuit. The fact that Activison has each of their identities is enough to go after them for the rest of their life. Activision will surely have their addresses, bank details, company addresses too otherwise how would they have served the writ?
EO should have been contented with selling any other cheats except Warzone. Even if they are selling warzone cheats, they should have kept their mouth shut instead of trolling acti/raven on twitter lol.
There are many other low-key cheats out there like those russian made CA, Boomer etc. I believe zeb is one of them russian guys too

If you're going to sell cheats, don't incorporate if you don't want to get sued. If you're going to take CC for your cheats, expect to get found out. Stick with crypto if you want to sell cheats or resellers who pay you in crypto.

well it was just a matter of time. They bullied activision on twitter to hard. But interesting for me, how did activision get their names? There must be someone who told them

If a US company steps on your door any company will give out the information of their customer. Thats why you should look to the east (russia) and stay anonym.
But also, it wasnt so hard to find them. They have the company registered on their name and you can easily find the CEOs and shareholders through the company registery.

You can even find their 2016 report here: https://www.bundesanzeiger.de/pub/de/start?24

They're still selling from the looks of it. It seems like they might really plan to ignore the lawsuit.

Well here you are required to be publicy visible. You can also use other business forms such as single proprietorship but then you are liable with private assets. UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a Limited so yeah, only company assets can be taken.
Tomorrow i could call the IHK and get more info if needed XD

They're not going to stop selling.
In fact, they're making an Overwatch cheat (another Activision/Blizzard game), as a "**** you" to the lawsuit.

[NEWS] Blizzard wins lawsuit on video game hacking
09/06/2005 - User Submitted News - 0 Replies
A federal appeals court has ruled that computer programmers do not have the right to reverse-engineer Blizzard Entertainment's video games to improve their playability.
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis ruled Thursday that federal law--specifically, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act--disallows players from altering Blizzard games to link with servers other than the company's official Battle.net site.
Affected games published by Blizzard, a division of Vivendi Universal,...
