Which COD specifically?
A security orientated COD cheat for streaming would be pretty much AIMEX.
UD for around 19 months or so and comes with a lot of legit functions.
Alternative would be Elusion

PhantomOverlay is the best for streaming. No accidental exposure to the menu, no accidental display of ESP, safe for all platforms.
Next, Aimex. Depending on the COD, the only downside to Aimex is the time for updates. Otherwise, small community to help them lay under the radar.

Chod Cheats has a good stream proof COD cheese. Another good stream proof one is HackMachine.cc but they need your ID. I was able to get around this by paying a little extra.
