If you strictly have to pick between the two you listed use GCAIMX

Cobalt has a much better blocker than apple does. Pretty much just a better applecheats

Those are all internal cheats. If you want an external cheat that has never been detected but has less features try Phantom Overlay

Using just any spoofer is never a good long term option.

Apple is decent whenever the cheese is actually up but it seems to be down alot and alot of people seem to have issues with the loader (wouldn't recommend). Stay away from gcaimx, definitely will get perma'd if you use, it seems more like a rebrand of a certain group (honestly shouldnt be on this list)

You wont have issues with good working temp spoofer.

Perma spoof is good if you are only use 1 account.

Temp spoof if you have multiple accounts, one rage, one for closet and so on.
