Ic habe zwei Fragen:
1.) wir moechten auf unserem Server den HOP dmg erhoehen. ich hab mich erstmal auf die Suche begeben wo was dazu steht weil unsere Ueberlegungen nicht geklappt haben. Ich bin auch immer nur auf das gleich gestoßen und das funktioniert bei uns nicht. Was wir gemacht haben ist in diesem Thread zu lesen:

skills+buffs did not appear 01/26/2011 - Private Server - 1 Replies Guys...HELP...I tried to use the db bot on the server Water .. everything is ok .. i opened the game .. but my problem is empty space for skills and buffs and I can not use it...I experiment all and nothing solved my problem :(

Example, Art of Defense, cooldown = 300 seconds. I can't use it again before this time. How to change it to 0 or 1?
