Question for Cabal PH new Craft System

Can Somebody Give me a link or a simple guide for the latest cabal ph crafting system. I'am kind a Confuse.

I can craft straight to mithril or ROSM as long as i have the materials Correct ?
And i tried to level the "energy" thingy and it cost me 10M. 10M for 100 more energy ? is there a way i could get more energy without spending 10M=100 energy ?
