How to decrease the cooldown of the skills/buffs with MHS (here xtrap close CE)?
Example, Art of Defense, cooldown = 300 seconds. I can't use it again before this time. How to change it to 0 or 1?

if they are client side how do i edit them with UCE i am used to editing kalonlin skills but not 2moons is it the same?
