I just answered you at my blog but for other users with the same problem:
GrepolisBot2_v2.38.0.2 only works if your server is updated to version 2.38

Hello I have a problem.

Whenever I upgrade the application I lost my all configurations. Is it possible to save my settings?

I think I should save some folder(s) in config?

Any solutions?

Yes, you're right. You can just copy the Config folder to the new version of the bot.

You have to wait until the bot finishes the first update cycle. After that you can change the farmer settings.

I've waited over 10 mins an try it again but it still dont work

If you have a lot of towns it can take more than 10 minutes. But I assume that is not the case?

Then I'll need your log.txt and debug.txt so that I can see what is going on.

Oh, then you are just using the wrong version.
You have to check if your Grepolis server is running version 2.37 or 2.38 and use the corresponding version of the bot.

Last week only some German and French servers were using version 2.38. But today the English servers also received the 2.38 update. I'm not sure about other servers, you will have to check those yourself.

Since version 2.38.x the construction of more troops Does Not Work if the spell has been activated.

Although *** power is ready, maybe get the message to log

"Unit queue skipped. *** power not ready."

Thanks! That explains why the unit queue isn't working for some users.
Will probably fix it tomorrow.

Unit queue does not work for me with 2.3.8, even when I did not activate any spells. However I believe you are already working to patch this.

And maybe starting cultural festivals might also not work, but I will check this again to be sure about that.

I can confirm that no cultural festivals are started anymore
