Well I will say congrats to some of the people who got the land placement script done that asked me how-to in messages and where enjoying auto-placing land without the prompts ( granted still was a delay between placing, it made land instantly get grabbed rather then having to click a confirm box ) and congrats to trion on 'monitoring' all of the hacking/moding that went into place with it aswell - oh wait they didnt and then they're servers crashed cause they run dinkey servers that can't handle player load and then people blame it on xl when this all falls on trion for the servers.

What do you mean by have to bypass now? also is the download link still the same as you sent before?

Trying to see what trion does so I can actually enjoy the game with all the working mods an **** around with everything but of course we've a trans-gendered moronic community manager that hasn't a ******* clue and should just quit while they can and allow khrolan who actually plays the game/understands alot of the code+hacking aspects to run his job + the community manager job..

Gods Disconnected you everytime, any idea ? Even when I uninstalled mod

im getting disconnected also. Im just reinstalling all of archeage. Seems to always fix it

You need to update to the latest mod, you need to run the old bypassing method for cvars & for the scripts.

I'm on now testing everything and everything is working fine so far with some minor hiccups.

Read the readme an know you got a free pass before this update an now there is localized detection for the files. The base mod works fine, scripts/cvars need what is said in the readme.

It doesn't quite work for me. I roll the CVars correctly, but when I get to character screen, it either disconnects me or if I ever get to press on my character, I get a black screen.

Im having trouble rolling the scripts, I understand the process however archeage's loading screen is quicker than the amount of time it takes for the launcher to "roll script".

The cvars have to be rolled back during the load part ( before the server select window pops ), not sure about the black screen problem unless its the servers - tested an not getting that issue unless I don't roll them back an it dcs without getting to loading screen an just leaves it hung.

Try ctrl+shift+esc an set the priorty of AA to lowest an see if it slows down the process ( you can reset it back to normal ) or make sure you're not spamming the launcher too much it does have some hang issues that I'm working the kinks out of.

Yeah I'm now just automatically gettting disconnected when i get to character selection, when did you update the mod? maybe I downloaded an old version or something.

Edit: Seems even without the mod im getting disconnected. Will do a full reinstall, probably soemthing from the old mod ******* **** up.

Never got it to work.. I think I found the problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

The launcher is completing the functions instantly which isn't suppose to happen? Like I press the option, for instance 5 and press enter and its done in like a second.

Whats the solution to this? I don't know how to make it run as admin? I ran the launcher.bat as admin??

What do I set as admin? (What does that even me does that mean run as admin??)

This is happening to me as well. Even after uninstalling. Currently redownloading the whole game to see if maybe that will fix it.

You didn't fix your directory path when you downloaded the new mod. It's completing instantly because you're loading files to a non existent directory.

The packer.exe needs to be ran as admin ( sometimes not ) and you need to check the config.ini and make sure the path is correct with game_pak at the end of the path.

You didn't fix your directory path when you downloaded the new mod. It's completing instantly because you're loading files to a non existent directory.

Also note if you had anything still from the old mod in the client previously it will cause a DC and you need to put the old files back in before updating your client or redownload and reset the config pathing aswell.

I know alot of the mod is not straight-forward user friendly, trying to help everyone best I can but this was never intended to be an 'out of the box' thing an I'am working towards that in time

I always use the same .config so I have never had to "fix" it. Also reinstalling the whole game fixed it. Still have all the old mod stuff in the game directory.
