yes a hwid ban lasts forever, yes if u buy a spoofer and use it while hwid banned u will be able to play, and if ur smart and use a spoofer way before u even get hwid banned u wont have to worry about using a spoofer even if u get banned afterwards.

If you were banned on Apex on original HWID, Yes you need a spoofer bro.
I use for Apex and EAC. The setup is easy and the user interface is super simple/nice. It makes you restart PC, but it is very safe. I have been using on all my cheats for BE too, very good and versatile.
