No idea on which providers may have this, but it is incredibly easy to create, including countless more insane things. Won't say everything that is possible, (heal and still shoot; max slide speed 24/7; teleporting grenades; godmode; and much more) but we are considering a Full Cheat that will include as many features as we care to include. No ETA.
