Who said they were exit scamming lmao? no thank you I'm not interested in any **** you sell if you defend the practices skulltown are doing with their customers, back to topic, leaving your customers in the dark about your detected product is a bad thing to do and a way to make sure people don't renew their sub whenever or if they eventually fix the detection, (NO information from dev)

If they announced detection, you don't have to know anything else
For example I'm disabling tickets when cheat got detect because last thing my team would do is responding to tickets instead of testing & solving detection.

with the non existent communication from them I wouldn't be surprised if that happens, hasn't happened yet and I hope it doesn't, in this situation skulltown haven't done that, they announced they needed testers with working spoofers, when users joined the group there was nothing to test and still no information on the tool, its upto you how you guys handle your business/product I'm talking from the customer standpoint it doesn't give us confidence that a $75 cheat has no communication, (skulltown)

"You're just a customer, nothing more" such a nice statement to tell the people who got you where you are now as a provider, don't bite the hand that feeds you.

I believe as a customer, you should have the right to ask these questions, and as a good provider you should provide at least some level of detail and update for your customers. At least some kind of announcement like "Hey we're aware of a detection due to X reason / X feature" "We are aware of detection/bans and we're working on" Or give some update on ETA if possible. Going silent in case of detection is sign of exist scam, it's simple. Keeping your customers in check puts you in a better situation and you gain the respect of your users and others for being a transparent and honest provider.

I'm not saying Skulltown will exist scam, I'm just saying customers deserve to know more, and their way of communicating at the moment is not helping their situation. There are plenty of providers here who have got detected on games they support, and they've been vocal about their issues hence earning the respect of their customers and users here.

I don't care if your product got detected, if you're an honest and transparent provider and are willing to inform and communicate with your customers, you've earned my respect and I will continue to support you and buy your cheats.

Since we want to make sure it's 100% safe before anyone can use, we can't run public test without finishing private test, as we stated in #testers channel, you will be notified when it's ready for testing. No user's license is expiring for the moment and will be compensated generously after.

What was the point in asking for testers if there's nothing to test, surely it would of been better to wait closer to the time and a simple announcement like "we're currently working on a test build which should be done later this week" something like that, so far you've said absolutely nothing, only when customers complain here you've said something

They should be. You're pretty much saying "Oh other providers are not doing the right thing therefore I don't have to either" You see, it doesn't create a good impression for your brand.
