Ring1 is legit, they have some good products however, I'd stay away from their Apex cheat, it's not that good to be honest. It missing some necessary features, plus the aimbot is not good, it's really shaky and looks very bot-like regardless on maxing smoothness, on lower settings you easily get banned by server-side aimbot checks.
No triggerbot.
No customizable colors for some ESP features.
Glow crashes the game after a few minutes.
Dangerous/rage features like Speed hacks, NoSpread, Gun exploits etc...
Spoofer is good, it works and does the job for all supported games and it's free. However, I believe you cannot use their spoofer with other cheats, since it creates a hypervisor and requires a restart of the PC, same goes with their cheats. One time injection --> you inject once and don't have to use the loader again for game restarts, until you restart your PC.
Keep in mind Ring1 only supports INTEL processors (Both of their cheats and Spoofer), if you have an AMD CPU it will not work, they also require a lot of changes in your BIOS and Windows defender to work properly.
All in all, they have some good stuff, I personally liked their R6 cheat, good price for what you get and it works however, I wouldn't recommend their Apex cheat.

To be honest, you won't find many good providers for such price for Apex. There are cheap options out there sure, but they lack security and investment from developers, if you're looking for some quality, you'd have to pay more and find a good cheat with a good developer that actually puts effort into his cheats.
