There are cheats listed as legit with similar amounts of reviews on this thread, such as kuno apex, with 2 reviews on their thread. I also said I'm willing to give out test and review keys, I also uploaded the thread YESTERDAY and we have 3 reviews already, and have 32 positive rep with no negative rep on my account.

I had 30-40 reviews in my topics (apex) and didn't get access to the list
=)

If seats on the list could be bought - there would be no credibility to such a list. So I don't think Xenos would put a provider on the list for any money.
That's why his list is an objective assessment of the cheats on the forum, taking into account users feedback and trusted people's assessments.
