We're enabling superior refine rates as following:
in case weapons are dead +10 or +11, they become +13 and +14, if they are +12 they become +15.

Hi GMs,

-As I see skills in your server have been modified to Korean server, but just some, not all? or they will be changed all like Kr/Tw sv in the future?

-If it's pvp based sv, I wonder if traps of healer can get karma from killing or not? If not then the healers will be the weakest, I love traps like Kr/Tw sv

-The topic of Stats system doesn't show pictures to me, so could u please explain if your sv's gonna follow old stats (US and most pri sv) or new stats (Kr/Tw) - with dex increases both physical/chikung dodge/attack rating

-It's phase 2 now, will there be wipe after that?

-last question: location of server host? to predict the ping?

- they ar eprobably going to stay like that, afaik Bogdy used to chang most of skills by himself
- no traps for healers, I think. And it's mostly pve server for now, but it can change
- that issue wasn't related to that, but penalties - hyb's penalty used to be essence, not wisdom
- no wipe
- something in Europe, at least I think it's like that. In Poland I got very low ping, so it's quite good.

2) So sad that I'm looking for a medium rate pvp based server (I thought I read somewhere that u said sv will have pvp system enable from HC map and higher? or it's just a future plan now? )

3) In old stats system, Hyb get penalty on Wis, u meant it's changed to Ess in this sv? So chikung hyb is stronger alot then

5) Oh, EU is the place I'm scared most for MMOs, since I'm living in SEA. I may try or test with some ping reduction software, my favorite class is nuker and it's such a pain with lag.

2. It was the plan for Phase 3. Not sure if it's still true, though.

3. It wasn't. It looked OP, but it wasn't. Dmg was still quite low, compared to wis. And CK roles were balanced - their dmg wasn't that high. And I'm not sure right now, but it was reverted to wis, I think.

5. Well, that can be annoying for you. But still, PA servers' are quite stable and fast.

Adek answered most of the questions.

I have something to add, the skills are NOT changed to KR, sure, some of them are (like the heals and yybs buffs), but most skills are just acclaim ones, also we have added and modified our own skills.

The population is increasing bit by bit, as we made some popular changes like:
-exp raise
-db cap

Some problems that we have currently are:
-win8.1/10 is not compatible with our version
-launcher needs some fixes, but overall no big deal

Something that should be considered:

--melee hybrid's skills damage should be increased since their buffs don't have give dmg now, that makes they hit weaker than even a healer (who has more healing skills and should be fully supported character - while hybrid is only halfly supporter)

-Modify gloves weapon 2nd mastery: since block rate is quite useless in this game, change it to something else (maybe offensive stats because gloves's stats have enough defensive ones)
It's been a long time melee hybrid is considered the weakest class in PvP in most official and pri-svs, hopefully their new era will start here 9Dragons's Disciplines of Iron Fist clan was abandoned to be developed, so we can fix gloves hybrid to be their figure instead

-Available to change Refinement Material back to BE: to exchange for refinement level we want

Well, I've heard a myth that block rate supposed to reduce the chance of getting debuffs & external wounds.

Well, that's true hyb should get quite higher dmg somehow.

It would be too easy - the drop rate of materials is too high to do thing like that. BE is supposed to be harder to get, since you are going to use them in 'crafting'.

ye block rate helps u reduce the chance to get negative effects, but seems like it doesn't work in any official nor pri-sv. So it'd be better to change it to sth else I think.

The refinement material idea is just small optional one, maybe I'm short-sighted, abandon it then

It works, trust me. Only you need to viciously cripple your setup with block relics/gear/etc to even notice it. Since you can get high dodge for next to nothing, makes block a "don't". Also doesn't work vs AoE attacks (ie bosses), were it would be somewhat useful. Reasonable amounts will block single target debuffs from bosses, but not AoE's.

For ew's, the blocking stat isn't block, it's crit rate. EW's come from crits, which is why orange+ mobs give a lot more of them. Should be crit dodge, but it never got "fixed" as it was a deliberate nerf to favor p2w.

Easy math on that one, crit rate=+dmg, ew=rage, crit+rage=++dmg. Bad for $$$ as you kill faster, so make ew's (rage) go down as crit rate goes up so dmg stays put. Lovely isn't it?

Block rate doesn't fully work, it works, as you mentioned, against single PvE targets for SOME effects (para,stun,venom being ones I've tested, I don't think it works for bleeding, dungeon poison, or anything like that).

This dysfunctional game that we all love, has certain attributes which work only on the PvE side and are completely inexistent on the PvP side. Some examples to support my claim from our recent tests:
-physical damage reflect (works perfectly against mobs, doesn't work at all in pvp)
-block rate

Critical dodge is still ambiguous, we'll need to run more tests on this.

Dungeon poison is obviously unblockable. It'd make no sense at all to block the effect.

I'd like to test dmg reflect on my own, but well, I can't.

About the anniversary, maybe hold the one-week-long x2 event?

It's so sad I can't be a part of the staff anymore. Derp.
