Rates have been increased to 20x to suit more people.
Mobs are dropping 1->9 refine materials.
Refine rate to +9 is 100%.
Gifts, Events, Server Buff etc. We have changed some things from our initial state, it's become easier...

there are 9dpk, and emperor of dragons too.. all of them are good enougth but the problem still on win 10 and win 8.1 compatibility

yup i know jack **** about creating / hosting a 9d server, but that doesnt mean i have to like them.

Its usually you guys criticizing other servers.

Acting all cocky like you was going to make a server that was far superior to the others.

When in reality, your server ended up being one of the worse I personally have tried.

IMO the best private server since Play9d is 9dpk.

When EOD open a server with the KR content I might give it a try, until then the best place to play 9d is GC.

best place to play game campus ? really man ?...that one is pay to win more now than never before... low low rates, grind, skills, refines etc, we go to priv serves bcs we dont trust on " oficial´s ones " they just want the money. some priv serves make alot of money too just need to dont limite " the best and totally necesary items" for item mall.

I made a account just before the 4th anniversary event, I have not spent a penny on the game but I sold the coins from event and bought +14HG weap (will do for now) Magical deco, and Bead of chaos (Not bad for 2 months).

I also managed to get a healer to DB2 and a hybe to cs12 (to farm COC Green) I have only really been playing the x3 or x5 events using the free xp cards they gave us (I have 2 stacks of x3 cards and 43 x5 cards left and 3 bil coins in my bag.

I do agree with you that GC is pay to win, but 4th anniversary event was the **** IMO.

And its much easier to lvl up on GC now because of the massive xp boosts from all the dungeons and superior dungeons, I will prolly be at cap in a month or so just casually playing during events using my free cards.
